Holiday Concert: Vallejo Choral Society
Experience a moving and thought-provoking program with two stunning interpretations of Magnificat - the first by Antonio Vivaldi and then by Dale Trumbore – along with seasonal Christmas carols and choral favorites by John Rutter, Ralph Vaughan Williams, Arvo Pärt, John Gardner, and Tomás Luis de Victoria performed in the beauty of St. Peter’s Chapel.
VOENA Children’s Choir
Celebrate the holidays with this magical concert by VOENA Children’s Choir. They will present a full musical and visual experience of familiar carols, accompanied by St. Peter Chapel’s own silver handbells and guest artist Drumdala. 3pm and 6pm concerts.
Wreath Making Class

Mare Island Light Night Holiday Tree Celebration

Magical Glass: Hands on Workshop
The world of stained glass will come alive for you and your child in this fun, interactive workshop at St. Peter’s Chapel on Mare Island. The session will start with a look at the Chapel’s luminous stained glass windows, which include 25 by Tiffany Studios, as the children learn how they were made and what stories they tell. They will have time to explore St. Peter's Chapel before everyone joins in to make their own tissue paper stained glass window, including those that will celebrate the upcoming holiday season! The class is limited to 20 people – so reserve your space today!

Guided Mare Island Historic Bus Tour
Join the Mare Island Historic Park Foundation on a unique journey by bus to three rarely-seen Behind the Fences locations on the historic Mare Island Naval Shipyard. Local Historians Dennis Kelly and Brendan Riley as well as MIHPF docents will be on hand to provide the fascinating histories and tales behind these historic spots as we peer inside the Haunted Armory Building 77, Old 84 Mare Island Prison, and the original Mare Island Stables (the second oldest building on the Island).
