February 8: RE:SOUND Migration
RE:SOUND enters its 10th year of programming on Mare Island in Vallejo, California featuring sets by Mayuko Hino making a rare visit from Japan, and Bay Area (noise)maker Ava Koohbor.
Head to Building 34 for an afternoon of sound, vision, and space with during the yearly migration of over one million shorebirds and hundreds of thousands of ducks, geese, hawks, and songbirds moving through our San Francisco Bay Area winter. Come early to explore the island sounds and beautiful trails.
