December 1, Mare Island Tree Lighting Celebration
Join us for a family-friendly free event in celebration of the holidays. Special dance performance by the Chapkis Dance Company. For those inclined, please bring a new or gently used coat and in return receive a complimentary cocktail or cocktail. Coats will be donated to Vallejo Together.
Vallejo Together was established as a community organization in 2010 by Founder Maria Guevara to rally community supporters and volunteers to meet the needs of Vallejo. In 2019, Vallejo Together became a fully recognized 501(c)3 non-profit organization and refined their mission and vision to focus on serving the unhoused population in Vallejo. Under the leadership of Executive Director Dionne Carter, Vallejo Together seeks to fulfill their mission of establishing reliable systems of care through collaborative partnerships, advocacy for sustainable solutions, and offering traveling resource center services to people without homes in Vallejo.
