Thank you for your interest in the National Park Service's historic ships coming to Mare Island. We share your interest and excitement for their arrival. At this time, we have received the following information.
Update from NPS:
The temporary relocation of the historic fleet from Hyde Street Pier to Mare Island in Vallejo will start no sooner than mid-March 2025. The ship departures will depend on favorable weather conditions and berthing accommodations in place at Mare Island. Balclutha, Eppleton Hall, and C.A. Thayer will likely be the first ships to arrive at Mare Island with the historic steam ferryboat Eureka following in late spring/early summer and Hercules tentatively in May. We expect the complete relocation of the fleet to Mare Island by early summer.

The Mare Island Company will share additional updates as they are received from NPS.
